There are power outages in several buildings at UT Brownsville. Power is out in the Education and Business Complex (EDBC) the University Boulevard Library and Classroom Building and the REK Center. University officials report that classes in the Education and Business Complex and the University Boulevard Classrooms will be cancelled until noon.
